TheĀ Society of Wetland Scientists 2019 Annual Meeting is being held in Baltimore, MD from May 28th through May 31st. Members of Riparia will be in participating in various aspects of the conference:

  • Sarah Chamberlain will leading a workshop titled “Demystifying the Challenging World of Grasses” on the first day of the conference utilizing her book Field Guide to Grasses of the Mid-Atlantic. Tuesday May 28th, 1:00pm-5:00pm
  • Tara Mazurczyk will be presenting a poster titled “The Influence of Plant Invasion on Native Biodiversity in Wetland Systems” during the poster session. Thursday, May 30th. 6:30pm-8:30pm, Holiday Ballroom 4-6
